1 No responsibility will be accepted by the Company, for loss or damage of any property.
2 The Company accepts no liability or responsibility for any loss or damage caused by traffic delays, breakdown, accidents or bad weather or any circumstances beyond our control.
3 In the event of a breakdown or the car booked not being available due to reasons beyond our control, a replacement vehicle of equivalent stature will be provided or taxi/taxis fares will be paid for PLUS full refund will be given.
4 £50 deposit to be paid on booking. NO REFUNDS.
Balances are due two weeks before the event. Bookings taken less than two weeks in advance must be paid for IN FULL at time of booking. NO REFUND ON FULLY PAID BOOKINGS.
5 The Company holds the Hirer responsible for any damage whatsoever caused to the vehicle or Vehicles, by themselves or by any member of their party as a direct or indirect result of their actions.
6 The Driver has the right to refuse transport of any passenger/s who in his or her opinion may be either unfit to travel or could prejudice the safety of the other passengers/the vehicle or other road users.
THE DRIVER'S DECISION IS FINAL.
THE BOOKING WILL BE TERMINATED IMMEDIATELY.:. If the Hirer or any passenger becomes abusive

.:. or they pose any kind of threat to the driver
.:. or any passenger is found to be using or carrying any illegal substance
Passengers will be asked to leave the vehicle and find alternative transport
7 Hirers are advised that the wearing of seatbelts where provided, is a legal requirement.
8 Standing in the limo/shouting out of the windows or sky roof at passers-by will lead to the immediate termination of hire. Passengers will then be asked to leave the vehicle and find alternative transport.
9 The Hirer is responsible for any damages or breakages incurred inside or outside the Excursion that are caused by the Hirer or passengers. This includes any passenger being unwell. This includes ANY such repairs or ANY items that need to be replaced. This includes any breakages to or stolen glassware. This includes misuse and opening of the emergency exits. The Hirer will be responsible for all Stardust Cars costs, losses and charges incurred thereafter, if the vehicle is then unable to be used until the said repairs etc are fully completed. A full detoxification valet in this vehicle costs £200.+ VAT. The Hirer will have to pay this amount immediately.
10 The Company operates a no smoking policy in all its vehicles. It's the Law!
11. The prices indicated are for the limousine hire regardless of the number of passengers or wristbands sold e.g. If 4 wristbands are purchased up to eight passengers can travel in the limousine. There is however a minimum purchase of four wristbands required per limousine.
12. In the event of a breakdown or the limousine not being available due to reasons beyond our control, a replacement vehicle will be provided or taxi fares will be paid by us plus a FULL refund given on the limousine hire (£50 area A - £60 area B)
13. Cancellations: We require a minimum of seven days notice of cancellation. NO REFUND will be given on the limousine hire, however the Adventure Island tickets can be transferred to another date.
A deposit of £50 is required at the time of booking and balance is due seven days before the party
