What does the price include?

What forms of payment do you accept?

creditcardsIf purchasing online we accept Visa, Visa Debit, Visa Electron, Maestro, Solo, Master Card, American Express and Pay Pal.

If purchasing at our factory/showroom we also accept cash and cheque as payment.

What cake fillings do you do?

Chocolate flavoured sponge cake that has chocolate fudge filling.

Victoria SpongeVictoria Sponge

Light and fluffy Victoria sponge cake that is filled with a mixed fruit jam and butter cream.

Madeira based egg free mix. Filled with mixed fruit jam and a dairy free butter cream

Traditional heavy fruited cake with sultanas, raisins, currants, cherries and mixed peel. No alcohol. Covered with marzipan and icing

Are your cakes suitable for a vegan?

No our cakes are NOT suitable for vegans as most of out cakes use Eggs and Milk.

Are your cakes suitable for a vegetarian?

Yes, our cakes are suitable for vegetarians. We do not use animal fat in our cakes.

Do you use nuts?

No we do not use nuts, but our cakes are made in a baking environment where marzipan is made so you may find traces of nuts.

What are the Minimum Ordering times?

Every Leigh Cakes, cake is freshly made to order. Allow 5 Working days from date of order. Orders for wedding cakes can be placed 18 months in advance, our customer service team (01702) 522307 will be happy to help you if you need further assistance.

What if my cake doesn't reach me in good condition?

We make every effort to remedy any mistakes or damage or be prepared to discuss a refund. Once a cake has been accepted from our driver the cake is the full responsibility of the customer.

I have seen a cake similar to one that you are selling why is your cake so much cheaper?

We make thousands of cakes a year. So we purchase our stock in bulk and that gives us massive savings on cost. We bring that saving to our customers.

Can you make any cake in your price range?

We are happy to quote on any cake, and we guarantee to be cheaper.

I am getting married in two years time when should we order our cake?

You can order as far in advance as you like, but realistically we need 6 weeks notice.

I have been let down for my wedding cake for tomorrow! Can you help?

Yes, we normally have 40 cakes being made at one time so give us a call on (01702) 522307 and we will see how we can help.

We have made our own cake will you decorate it for us?

Yes, we do offer a cake decoration service Call us on (01702) 522307) to discuss further.

Do I need to make an appointment to see you?

No you do not need to make an appointment to see us, we always have helpful staff on the shop floor that will be able assist you.
